Light up your home with gorgeous Easter lights
When it comes to holiday decorations, the first thing I look for are lights. Whether they are strings of lights, window decorations or a lovely centerpiece, colored Easter lights add that little extra bit of magic to a home. So it is no surprise I decided to hunt down as many Easter lights as I could find.
Traditionally Easter lighting tends to concentrate on pastel colors – pale blues and pinks, orange and green – colors that remind you of Spring, of new life, nesting birds, you know all those things that let us look at life with fresh eyes and renewed hope. Think of all the other things that represent Easter, like Easter eggs, Easter Bunnies and of course don’t forget the religious element if that is important to you.
So come take a scroll through here with me and pick out which of these lights you might use for decoration this year.
Here are some lighting ideas for Easter decorations
There are all sorts of options when it comes to Easter lighting, these are a few of the ideas I’ll be adding later in the page.
String Lights for Easter
Multi-Colored Easter Egg Spring Holiday Lights
I picked out these first because of their Easter egg shape. But they are also delightfully colorful and bright. Use them to string up around a room, over a table or in a window. Easter is a time of hope and these will help you to celebrate the season.

Egg shapes seem to dominate your choices in Easter eggs and there is nothing wrong with that – these ones are really pretty and in soft pastel shades that you could actually use again for different occasions, for example, a baby shower or welcome home baby party. I’ve thrown in the carrot ones for a bit of fun.

Set of 4 Bunny Garden Stake Solar Powered Lights
You can set out your bunny rabbits along a path or scatter them in your yard. I like them spread out myself as if they are occupying my lawn.
These cute characters are powered by solar energy so they are economical, easy to install and they don’t need wired or cords. Simple.

Easter Window Lights
Lighted Pink Easter Egg Window Decoration
My friend has this one and there is nothing nicer than walking up to her home and seeing it in the window. It lights up with mini lights.
You can also buy this style in green or blue. Which would you buy?
Choose cheeky bunnies for window lights
For a bit of fun, pick out one or more of these cute bunny lights for your windows. They are sure to make everyone smile.
LED Lighted Easter Bunny Rabbit Spring Window
How cute is this little fella? Your Easter Bunny will welcome your guests and delight the kids.
This decoration used energy saving LED bulbs so you don’t need to worry about leaving it turned on.
Personally I would use this centrally placed on my window and use the carrot string lights I showed you earlier around the edges of the window.
20″ Lighted Religious Cross Easter Window Silhouette Decoration
If you would prefer to go for a religious decorating theme one of these crosses is ideal.
This decoration is created so it shows up nicely from both sides so you can enjoy it inside or out.
Lighted Holographic Religious Cross Easter Window Decoration
This would be my choice of a lighted cross for my window. I love how this looks so much like a stained glass window.
It lights with mini lights and it has a connection so you can double up with more lights.
